Q. Do you do reservations?
No, we do not allow booking of slots. We work on a first-come-first-serve basis here, only upon confirmation/payment will the item be yours.
Q. Any discount if I purchase 2 items or more?
There will be no additional discounts unless otherwise stated.
Currently, we only offer free Registered Mail if your purchase is $60 and above in a single receipt.
Q. Are prices inclusive of postage fees?
Prices stated here INCLUDES postage unless otherwise stated.

*Add $1.00 for each subsequent item
REGISTERED MAIL:
$2.50 - Additional one-time fee to be added on top of Normal Mail.

Q. I accidentally sent in a wrong order/I need to modify my order. How should I rectify the problem?
Easy, just send in a new order and state that your previous order is void in the ALTERNATIVES/QUERIES box. Make sure to double check your order so as to avoid any more miscommunication & enjoy smoother/faster transaction.
This only applies to altering an order and does not apply to cancellations if you have stated your order as “definite”.
Q. What if I don’t have a POSB/DBS account? Can I do an interbank transfer?
Yes, we do accept interbank transfers. However, do keep in mind that it takes longer to reach us - about 3 - 5 working days.
Q. It has been a week since you mailed my item, why haven’t I received it yet?
If you have opted for Normal Mail, we cannot track your item for you and thus, are unable to give you a definite answer. However, for Registered Mail, you can track your item here using the RA number we’ve provided you.
