PRICING
As an online store based in Singapore, prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) & are exclusive of postage charges.
All prices listed here including Sale items are final. We do not entertain haggling.


PAYMENT
Submitting your order only indicates your interest, failure to make payment within the stipulated timeframe of 24 hours will result in your items being released to the next interested buyer.
Should you need more time to make payment, let us know and we might extend the grace period.


PACKAGING
All items bought from 1912 is tissue-wrapped and sealed with our sticker. 1912 is not responsible for any damages caused by external factors while mailing as it is beyond our control. We have done our best to protect your items.


SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Items will only be mailed out once payment has been verified. Please retain your receipts if you do an ATM transfer in case we need any proof of payment.
1912 is not responsible for any lost parcels. Please opt for Registered Mail (an additional $2.24 on top of Normal postage cost) to avoid the possible loss of your items.

No additional pictures will be provided. All pictures seen & described here are as accurate and close to the actual product. We will try to the best of our ability to clear any pending doubts, should you have any.

TENTATIVE BUYERS
If you are unsure about purchasing something, make sure you indicate so by stating that your order is tentative in the order form.
Choosing to back out after stating a definite status gives 1912 the right to blacklist you from future purchases at our own discretion.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All items sold are non-refundable. Sale items are final & are non-refundable/exchangeable. Web-credit may be issued or an exchange may be made depending on a case-by-case basis. Should the item chosen be of lower value, refund of the difference will not be made.
Customers bear the full responsibility and cost of sending back the defected item packed safe & secure.
1912 will not be liable for any lost/damaged parcels in relation to returns/exchanges.
